Quiet should be something you feel, not something that changes the look of your door. Insulated glass, meeting-stile astragals, perimeter jamb seals, and automatic door bottoms work together to create a more controlled acoustic environment while preserving a clean, minimal design.

Insulated Glass
By increasing mass and introducing either an air gap or laminated interlayer, this glass configuration helps disrupt sound transmission before it reaches the other side. It offers meaningful acoustic improvement while maintaining the clarity and light flow expected from a metal-and-glass system.

Astragals & Jamb Seals
At the perimeter of the door, these components help close the subtle gaps where sound typically slips through. Meeting-stile astragals create a more complete seal on paired doors, while continuous jamb gasketing enhances the overall acoustic integrity of the opening.

Automatic Door Bottoms
Designed to activate only when the door is fully closed, this discreet mechanism lowers a concealed seal to the floor, creating an airtight connection. It improves sound control without introducing a visible sweep or interrupting a clean, modern threshold detail.

When these elements are specified together, they noticeably improve acoustic performance while keeping the visual experience quiet, simple, and refined.
